I worked with the accomplished, award-winning founders of Fifth Ave Properties to create a new brand and expand their portfolio of communities in Calgary, Kelowna, and Phoenix. The brand name was inspired by the modern sophistication of New York’s Fifth Avenue. Its visual identity draws on classic style and a monochromatic color palette, echoing the timeless elegance of the city and subtly nodding to its iconic street signage.

This clean, enduring foundation resonates with a wide range of buyers, renters, and investors, while complementing the individual brands of the communities they build.
